How long are properties listed on BrayBid.com?

• Up to 4 WEEKS
• WEEK 1 (7 days) - for pre-auction in which the property can be viewed on-line and the Open House will be held the day before the property is available for bidding.
• WEEK 2 & 3 (14 days) – auction period in which the property will be able to receive bids.  In some case, this may be extended to 3 weeks (21 days).
• WEEK 4 (7 days) – A 7 day post auction period.  If the bidding does not reach the reserve price in the 2 week auction period, the seller may continue to accept offers during this time.  The Seller may accept any offer at any time during this time frame and the auction would be over.
• (Varies depending on each individual auction). 

Does the seller have to accept the highest bid offered?

Only if the reserve price has been met.

What do I do about offers outside the auction process?

All offers during the auction listing period must be placed on BrayBid.com.

Will my property be listed on the MLS?
